Ed Correia is the founder and CEO of Sagacent Technologies, a 14-year-old managed service provider in Silicon Valley. As a 35-year information technology professional, Ed brings a unique blend of business management experience, operational know-how, and computer industry knowledge to Silicon Valley.
Prior to founding Sagacent Technologies, Ed managed the West Coast sales and operations for a national computer systems reseller before shifting to directing the development and deployment of technical solutions for several highly rated value-added resellers (VARs) located in the Bay Area.
While he has worked to provide technology solutions to large companies like 3Com, Raytheon, Roche Bioscience, Visa, and Cisco Systems, his passion remains with small and medium-size businesses of 20 to 250 employees. Ed has focused Sagacent Technologies on providing the same comprehensive IT services and support that large corporations receive – scaled for SMBs.
