You’ll hear the numbers, the trends, and—most importantly—the real-world impact behind them so you can adjust your defenses, guide clients, and stay ahead of what’s coming next.
3:35 PM
Breakout Session: Sticky by Design: How to Leverage Security to Build Client Loyalty
Landing security clients is one thing—keeping them is the real game. During this breakout session, we're diving into the habits, communication rhythms, and service touches that install confidence and ensure contract renewals. Walk away with practical ways to grow business relationships without constantly re-proving your value.

The Software Frontier for MSPs: Where Opportunity Exists Without Added Risk
Sponsored by Incite Automation
Want stickier clients and access to higher value conversations—without adding headcount or becoming a dev shop? In this session, Dustin Sitton explores how MSPs identify workflow and business application opportunities, partner for delivery without overextending their teams, and stay firmly in control of the client relationship while expanding revenue safely.

Identity Is the New Perimeter: What's Missing From Your Clients' M365 and Google Workspace Security Stacks
Sponsored by HENNGE
Attackers no longer break in, they log in. With Microsoft reporting 7,000 password attacks per second and identity now the most common breach entry point, simple MFA is no longer enough. This session makes the case for conditional access as the new baseline for managed identity security. Dawn unpacks the Microsoft license trap that leaves many SMBs on Business Basic, Standard, or E1 without the controls they assume they have, and shows why forcing costly Microsoft upgrades is not the answer. She explores the pressures pushing identity up the priority list, from cyber insurance requirements and compliance audits to SaaS sprawl and credential-based attacks.

Adopting a Security Framework: Guarding Against the Most Dangerous Cyberattacks
Security frameworks aren’t paperwork. They’re the blueprint that helps you safeguard clients, detect and respond to threats, and recover when the #@$% hits the fan. In this session, we’ll break down how to choose the right framework, map it to real threats MSPs face every day, and translate it into actionable steps you can take as soon as you get home.
9:15 AM
From AI Hype to Autonomous IT: How MSPs Turn Expectations into Margins
Sponsored by Kaseya
SMBs expect AI to drive productivity, improve decision-making, and accelerate growth. Meanwhile, MSPs should established a scalable strategy to deliver AI outcomes for improving their own efficiency, profitability, and operational maturity: Finding and retaining qualified technicians, managing staff burnout, and meeting rising client expectations for faster service. Service teams are stretched thin, making it difficult to scale without continuously adding headcount. AI can help MSPs automate routine tasks, accelerate ticket resolution, reduce alert fatigue, and improve technician productivity. The result is faster response times, greater customer satisfaction, and improved margins without a proportional increase in staffing costs.

9:45 AM
From Passive Asset to Active Defender: Data’s Next Chapter
Sponsored by Intufo

For five years, we’ve been working to transform data from a passive asset sitting in storage into an active defender capable of protecting itself. This session explains why that shift can no longer wait.

The economics of ransomware have changed. In 2025, data theft occurred in 77% of ransomware intrusions—up from 57% the year before, according to Google Threat Intelligence Group. Attackers have moved beyond denying access; the threat of exposure is now the primary weapon. Some groups, such as World Leaks, have abandoned encryption entirely and moved directly to theft and auction.

That shift breaks the backup-first playbook. Immutable backups can restore encrypted systems, but they cannot un-leak stolen data. Once a breached file surfaces, it can spread across forums, private channels, and encrypted archives within hours, creating hundreds of copies before the victim is even notified. We call this the Hydra Effect. Come by our booth and we’ll show how security can travel with the data wherever it goes—and how stolen files can be rendered unusable—so data stops waiting to be protected and starts protecting itself.

11:30 AM
The New MSP Attack Surface: Your Clients Have Thousands of New Identities. Do They Know It?
Sponsored by Keeper Security

Most MSPs are managing a security crisis they haven't named yet.

AI agents are already inside your clients' environments – querying APIs, provisioning access, executing workflows, and making decisions. They outnumber human users 100 to 1, operate at machine speed, and almost none of them are governed, audited, or even visible to the teams responsible for securing them.

This isn't a future threat. It's the attack surface you inherited the moment your clients adopted AI automation.

Zero trust frameworks weren't written with autonomous agents in mind. And the compliance frameworks your clients are being held to? They're catching up fast – and they won't care that your tooling wasn't ready.

In this session, Keeper Security’s Senior Director of Global MSP Sales, Eric Kalseth, will challenge how you think about identity itself and show you exactly what it takes to govern the non-human identities already operating inside your clients' stacks.

You'll leave with:

  • A working model for classifying AI agents as privileged identities – with verifiable credentials, role-based permissions, and time-bounded access
  • Techniques for detecting and stopping machine-speed privilege escalation before it becomes an incident
  • A clear-eyed view of where EU, UK, and sector-specific regulatory expectations are heading – and how to get ahead of them

This session is built for MSP owners, technical directors, IAM administrators, and security operations teams – anyone responsible for environments that are no longer purely human.

The question isn't whether your clients have an agentic AI problem. It's whether you're positioned to solve it.

11:40 AM
Shadow AI Governance: Opportunity for the Channel

AI adoption is happening faster than security teams can keep up—and much of it is happening outside IT’s visibility. Employees are using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools every day, often sharing sensitive business data without realizing the risk. This emerging “Shadow AI” problem is creating a significant security challenge—and a major opportunity for the channel.

In this session, we’ll explore how MSPs, MSSPs, and technology providers can help organizations gain visibility and control over AI usage without disrupting productivity. We’ll examine practical approaches to AI governance, data protection, policy enforcement, and risk management, while highlighting how partners can turn Shadow AI from a security concern into a new recurring revenue opportunity.

Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of the Shadow AI threat, what customers need to address it, and how the channel can position AI governance as a high-value addition to their existing security stack.

BASE Solutions LLC

Atul is a seasoned IT professional who began his career as an in-house support technician for a law firm before moving into management. Early on, he learned the importance of clear communication about how technology works and the benefits it brings when used effectively. He later joined an MSP, supporting multiple clients, but was disheartened to see services delivered in a one-size-fits-all way—often prioritizing the MSP's efficiency over client needs. In 2009, Atul founded BASE Solutions in Tysons Corner, Virginia, with a different vision. He built the company on a personal, customized approach to IT. Atul takes the time to understand each client’s business and communicates solutions in plain language that non-technical professionals can easily grasp. This client-focused model remains the foundation of BASE Solutions, ensuring that every service is tailored, practical, and aligned with each client’s goals—not just industry standards or vendor preferences.

Cofounder
Rocket Fuel Factory

Henry Timm is a technology executive, cybersecurity advocate, and community builder focused on one clear mission: build stronger businesses, stronger communities, and a stronger IT industry. As CEO of Phantom Technology Solutions, Henry leads a performance-driven Managed IT Services Provider supporting compliance-focused SMBs across the Midwest. His firm partners with manufacturing, healthcare, and other regulated organizations to modernize, stabilize, and secure their technology environments with solutions designed for long-term reliability and accountability. He is also the cofounder of Rocket Fuel Factory, a business accelerator and incubator built to help MSPs, vendors, and IT consultants scale through community, coaching, and disciplined execution. Through education, strategic partnership, and practical enablement, Rocket Fuel Factory equips leaders to grow with intention rather than drift with the market. Henry is one of the original cofounders of The Tech Degenerates, a global community of MSPs, IT operators, and technology leaders committed to honest conversations, peer accountability, and raising operational standards across the channel. The community is known for cutting through noise, rejecting hype, and creating a space where experienced professionals can challenge each other, share lessons learned, and strengthen the industry from the inside out. With more than two decades of experience spanning IT leadership, cybersecurity, support, and software development, Henry operates at the intersection of technology strategy, operational discipline, and community engagement. He is known for addressing hard truths, guiding teams through meaningful change, and helping organizations build resilience that holds up under pressure. Henry serves in leadership on the GTIA Cybersecurity Executive Council and on the GTIA Global Leadership Committee. He is also an active member of FBI InfraGard. He advises vendors, nonprofits, peer groups, and event organizers committed to raising the bar for professionalism and security across the IT channel. He regularly cohosts MSP Community Live, a livestream series dedicated to elevating the broader IT community, and is a frequent podcast guest and industry contributor sharing insights on leadership, cybersecurity, compliance, and channel trends. His recognitions include CRN MSP 500 and Pioneer 250, Michiana Forty Under 40, the GTIA Community Leadership Award, a nomination for the GTIA Cybersecurity Leadership Award, and nominations for both the CompTIA Community Leadership Award and the Ernestine M.
