Kyle Chandler leads all service provider partnerships at Dispel, the secure remote access platform purpose-built for operational technology. He built Dispel's MSP program from the ground up, helping managed service providers add OT and industrial environments — manufacturing plants, water utilities, electric cooperatives, and building systems — to their service portfolios without hiring an OT team first.
Kyle has worked in the MSP community for more than a decade, helping providers navigate new customer challenges along the way. He began his career building an MSP partner program for a traditionally enterprise-focused email security vendor, later developed partner recruitment strategy around Microsoft's CSP offering, and is now leading the charge in helping MSPs tackle IT/OT convergence. Throughout his career, he has focused on aligning the companies he works for around the needs of the managed service provider community — a mission he continues at Dispel.
