Atul is a seasoned IT professional who began his career as an in-house support technician for a law firm before moving into management. Early on, he learned the importance of clear communication about how technology works and the benefits it brings when used effectively. He later joined an MSP, supporting multiple clients, but was disheartened to see services delivered in a one-size-fits-all way—often prioritizing the MSP's efficiency over client needs.
In 2009, Atul founded BASE Solutions in Tysons Corner, Virginia, with a different vision. He built the company on a personal, customized approach to IT. Atul takes the time to understand each client’s business and communicates solutions in plain language that non-technical professionals can easily grasp. This client-focused model remains the foundation of BASE Solutions, ensuring that every service is tailored, practical, and aligned with each client’s goals—not just industry standards or vendor preferences.
