Bradley Vespa serves as sales operations manager for Ingram Micro. He has oversight of Ingram Micro’s new business development team and is responsible for executing the vision and strategy for the SMB group through new customer acquisition, which includes educating customers on how to achieve mutual long-term profitable growth in their new partnership with Ingram Micro. He was promoted to this position in August 2016 and is based out of Ingram Micro’s Buffalo, N.Y. office.
Since joining Ingram Micro10 years ago, Bradley has served in various roles including program manager – SMB, sales operations manager – Vendor Licensing and sales coordinator. While serving as program manager - SMB, Bradley was responsible for managing a number of projects targeting the SMB group, as well as, designing tools and processes enabling the group to achieve double digit sales growth. Before his role as program manager – SMB, Bradley managed the Ingram Micro RSA and Citrix licensing teams which consisted of 25 associates who were responsible for driving customer engagement and growth. Aside from his direct responsibilities, Bradley has also played an active role in initiatives to improve associate engagement, such as, piloting a program in which associates could allocate a few hours, per year, of their normal workday to volunteering in the local community.
With an MBA from Medaille College and a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Buffalo - School of Management Bradley enjoys the opportunity to make impactful first impressions when onboarding new partners. He recognizes that a good initial experience sets the stage for future success and go-to-market strategies with Ingram Micro and its partners. In his free time, Bradley enjoys golfing, cycling and playing ice hockey.
