Thomas Douglas is CEO of JMARK. In 1997, upon the completion of enlistment to the U.S. Navy, Tom joined JMARK as a level one engineer. Tom became the No. 1 revenue producer for JMARK, and in conjunction with his leadership and drive, was put in a service manager role. From there, Tom became more involved with the operations of the company, which he purchased in 2002. At the time, the business model led to an unpredictable revenue stream, so Tom formulated a method to level the billing and provide a predictable revenue stream. By late 2006, this levelized billing system covered 100% of the operating expenses of JMARK. JMARK took on new partnerships and continued to grow. JMARK now employs more than 100 professionals in offices located in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.
