Sanjeev NC is product manager at SuperOps.ai. He started his career in the IT service desk and moved over to process consulting where he led award-winning ITSM tool implementations. He was also a highly commended finalist for Young ITSM Professional of the year in itSMF UK’s annual awards. Sanjeev is currently on a mission to build tools that make IT teams more productive.
