Ryan has extensive experience in the Cloud and Managed Services space. His latest role was Director of Sales for Sierra Experts, a leading Cloud/Managed Services provider, in the Pittsburgh area for the last five years.
Prior to Sierra Experts, Ryan held various technical and sales roles focused on IT Services. Ryan holds a degree in computer programming from Rets institute of technology; where he achieved certification in Java and C++. He has an extensive technical background and was a system administrator for close to 10 years before moving over to sales. Ryan has been certified in A+ and MCSE and has achieved the Sales specialist certification in server platform and Sales specialist certification Cloud services through Microsoft. He holds multiple other certifications with various other products. Working for 19 years in the industry has given him extensive experience in the consumer, channel, and VAR areas. He has been leading a team for the past 8 years.
