RJ Friedman serves as the chief information security officer for Buchanan Technologies, a leading managed IT service provider with headquarters in Grapevine, Texas, and Mississauga, Ontario. As the head of the managed security services division, RJ oversees all of Buchanan’s managed security operations, from sales to delivery, to ensure the company is consistently providing excellent customer service and support and is meeting SLAs. Prior to joining Buchanan, Friedman owned and operated dayONE Cyber, an award-winning MSSP that provided customers with advanced, holistic cybersecurity services.
