Nili Klenoff is a seasoned product executive with over 15 years of experience in financial services and payments and a passion for delivering exceptional consumer experiences. In her current role as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Authentication Solutions at Mastercard, she is responsible for Mastercard’s suite of authentication solutions across online and in-store commerce channels. Her portfolio includes EMV 3DS, Biometric Authentication and AI-based risk scoring capabilities. Previously, Nili served as SVP, Global Head of In-store Merchant Acceptance Solutions at Mastercard where she was responsible for growing and optimizing merchant payments acceptance through technologies like EMV contactless payments, Mobile Point of Sale and Tap on Phone. And before that, Nili led a global product team focused on digital payments solutions for consumers and issuing banks across Mastercard’s digital wallet and tokenization services.
Prior to joining Mastercard in 2014, Nili held various product and marketing roles at Citibank and American Express in their consumer credit, insurance and loyalty divisions.
Nili is a Vice Chair on the board of Broadway Inspirational Voices, a non-profit dedicated to transforming the lives of sick and underprivileged youth through the power of music. Nili holds a BA in English Literature from Columbia College, Columbia University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
