He has lectured from Los Angeles to Hong Kong and is recognized by many software vendors as an industry expert. Investment firms around the globe have sought his insight and guidance on the IT market and the future it holds.
Prior to joining Xcellerate, Mark founded his own specialized consulting practice, MSP Sales Pros, to deliver sales and marketing consulting to IT service providers.
