Linda Rose

After spending 25 years as a Microsoft Dynamics Partner, Linda Rose decided to sell it all and retire. Well … almost. Linda has created, bought, and sold four companies during her business career. Her recent sale of her Microsoft Dynamics Cloud hosting company to a private equity firm allowed her to turn in the keys to her office and walk out the door 45 days later and begin her 500-mile backpacking trek through Oregon and Washington on the Pacific Crest Trail.  

Today Linda combines her skills as a former CEO and CPA and offers sell-side M&A advisory services to technology partners between $3M to $100M in revenue. She has completed multiple M&A transactions during COVID and shares some great real-world examples of selling channel partner organizations ranging in size from $1.5M to $75M.
