Erica Martinez-Rose

Erica Martinez-Rose co-founded Tech Rage IT in 2015 after experiencing moments of technology rage due to disappointing IT support at her former job. She was committed to stopping the madness and helping small businesses thrive with sanity-saving, surprisingly good IT support and a positive customer experience.  
 
With more than 20 years of combined experience in marketing, information technology, and project management, Erica changed the trajectory of the company by rebranding from a technology consulting firm to delivering technology as a service, without compromising customer service or quality. Under her leadership, the company has grown from two owners to eight team members and experienced a 79% growth in 2021 despite a global pandemic.
 
As CEO, Erica is responsible for establishing and implementing Tech Rage IT’s vision, company culture, and strategic roadmap. She oversees finance, people operations, branding, special events, marketing, and more.  
 
Erica has B.S in Journalism and Mass Communication from Florida International University and is a wife and mom of two boys, two dogs, and three fish.
