With more than 20 years of high-tech service, support and sales experience, Barb Miller leads Tech Data’s Services teams. In this capacity, she oversees technical government services experts, including systems engineers, business development representatives and government bid specialists. Barb also leads Tech Data’s TechEDG government services team, the Healthcare Specialized Business Unit (SBU), TDEducation reseller training and certification offering, TDOnCall technical services, TDIntegration services, and TeleSMART call center services. She is also responsible for Tech Data’s Technology Solutions Center, a 6,000-square-foot, hands-on, proof-of-concept lab that enables resellers and their customers to familiarize themselves with the latest IT solutions. Barb joined Tech Data in 1998 as Director of Technical Support.
