Jayson Ferron is CISO/CEO of Interactive Security Training LLC. Jay is a multi-certified information security subject matter expert with more than 40 years of professional experience, which includes security and compliance, integration and transformation initiatives, IS management process, and operational metrics definition and documentation. Customers include insurance companies, Microsoft, phone companies, U.S. DOD agencies, banks, government agencies, and health agencies and providers.
He is the author of: Architecting Microsoft Server Virtualization Solutions with Hyper-V™ and System Center Virtual Machine Manager; Security Challenges and Solutions Workshop Series for Microsoft Partners (Microsoft); and Global Knowledge Security Fundamentals, course 9701. Jay is also co-author of: On Thin Ice 2020, HIPAA Manual –2002, HIPAAssociates Inc.; and Active Defense Advanced Tools Course.
Jay’s volunteer work includes co-chair of the NY Metro Joint Cyber Security Conference (NYMJCSC0 six years), president of Greater Hartford Chapter of ISACA, and current Marine Corps Cyber Auxiliary.
