Mike Jackson is a solutions consultant with OpenText, specializing in security and backup and disaster recovery solutions. He has worked in the IT industry for 35-plus years in numerous areas of expertise including system and network security, enterprise backup systems, high availability, storage and network architectures, and software development. The last 22 years of experience has been specifically concentrated in managing service provider partners and enterprise technical relationships as a solutions architect or pre-sales engineer. Mike has been a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) since 2011.
