Mike Fowler is an experienced business owner with a demonstrated history in the Information Technology and Services industries. His strong business development skills stem from his degrees in Production Management and Management Science from the University of Maryland College Park. He relocated from Maryland to Rochester, New York, and became a software developer and designer.
