Engagement with both end customers and service providers has allowed for a unique perspective on the security marketplace as a whole. Specifically, Eric has become well versed in managing the relationship between vendors, customers, and the MSP channel. Now with SOCSoter, Eric continues this effort today, helping managed service providers navigate the evolving threat landscape with a platform designed to tackle increasing compliance and security demands.
