Brad serves as sales operations manager for Ingram Micro where he is responsible for the SMB new business development team and their activities related to new customer acquisition, onboarding and education. While in this role, Brad has been involved in driving numerous initiatives to improve the customer experience as they onboard with Ingram Micro. The improvements implemented over the last year have led to a 51.4% increase in the number of new customers through first half 2017.
With an MBA from Medaille College and a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Buffalo - School of Management Brad enjoys the opportunity to make impactful first impressions when onboarding new partners. He recognizes that a good initial experience sets the stage for future success for Ingram Micro and customers.
