After trading his bulldozer for a corner office, Will pursued his own million-dollar legacy in the IT industry, defying generations of his lineage of agricultural capitalists in Eastern North Carolina. Over the last 25 years, he has worked with a variety of industries, including many Fortune 500 companies, earning recognition as a top cybersecurity expert with two IT degrees and a number of certifications.
Since founding Vector Choice in 2008, Will has been able to build a world-class executive team that has allowed him to step away from the day-to-day operations of the business. With his team handling the operations, Will has been able to focus on the growth and strategic direction of Vector Choice.
In partnership with Robin Robins of TMT, Will has coached over a thousand MSPs on how to grow their companies. Additionally, two years ago, he started Visibility MSP, which focuses on helping MSPs Level Up or Partner Up when it comes to cybersecurity and compliance. Will is a sought-after speaker and author on various IT topics, including recommended precautions regarding cybercrime. He has also been a guest speaker on topics such as leadership, business growth, and cybersecurity.
Outside of work, Will enjoys coaching his children's sports teams and traveling with his family. His passion for coaching extends to helping other MSPs achieve IT success, with thousands benefiting from his coaching and leadership.
