Sean Lardo is vice president of partner development at OITVOIP, where he uses strategic marketing, innovative sales solutions, and marketing best practices to ensure our partners’ success. A decorated military veteran, Sean was honorably discharged in 2003 after nine years of service. Since then, he’s held multiple high-level positions in service of the IT industry. Sean was previously the channel/sales partner enablement director with Mindmatrix, director of sales at Zift Solutions, and director of partner solutions at Validity. An innovator and go-getter, Sean was instrumental in building the Market Now program for Datto and directed Mindmatrix’s MSP Advantage Program. He’s worked with thousands of MSPs and larger tech companies such as Autotask, Dell, Exxon Mobile, and ConnectWise.  

Sean is a natural-born leader and sales professional. An expert in brand development, he excels at turning partner prospects into long-term friends. His dynamic personality and versatility make him an invaluable asset to the team at OITVOIP. He helps connect companies with our business-focused VoIP management solutions.
Sean doesn’t just stop at business success. One of his favorite quotes is, “We are all here to help one another until we’ve made it.” On the philanthropic front, Sean donates his time to various nonprofits including his position as an advisory board member with Train Our Troops, an initiative to provide military veterans with various trainings and increased employment opportunities.
