Rex Frank is the founder and CEO of Sea-Level Operations. He started the company in 2010 with the core purpose to "coach IT managed service providers on achieving operational excellence.” Sea-Level has 20 employees and to date they have guided over 450 MSPs on their operational journey.
Rex has over 30 years of industry experience in IT service delivery and over 25 years specializing in delivering managed services.
