Lisa Sullivan

Senior Vice President, Travel and Transport

Lisa Sullivan is the Senior Vice President, Travel and Transport for IDEMIA Identity & Security North America (ISNA), a long-time market-leader in identity and security solutions for both government and commercial customers. In this critical role, Ms. Sullivan serves on IDEMIA’s Executive Committee and leads flagship accounts at the Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) and Customs and Border Protection (CPB), as well as implementations with leading travel ecosystem players like Los Angeles World Airports (LAX), Newark Airport (EWR), Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (RCCL), and Virgin Voyages.


Prior to joining IDEMIA, Ms. Sullivan led delivery of industry-leading data integration software at Palantir Technologies, focused on identifying and targeting critical problem sets in the federal transportation and aviation sectors. Prior to Palantir, Ms. Sullivan held numerous leadership roles at L3 Harris Technologies. Her tenure included strategy and business development, program management, and operations. With much time spent on a multiyear, multibillion-dollar transformation to overhaul our U.S. National Airspace System and enabling entry of new modes of mobility and entrants in the United States.


In addition, Ms. Sullivan has a passion for supporting technology incubators and enhancing women’s position in the workplace. She serves as strategic advisor for numerous startups, is a board member for an educational non-profit in Northern Virginia, and is a member of the International Aviation Women’s Association (IAWA) mentorship committee. In 2021 she also joined CHIEF and US Travel as a board member.

Ms. Sullivan has an M.A./B.S./B.A. in International, Finance, and Criminology from the University of Florida, and an MBA from Duke University with a concentration in strategy.  She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband and two children.
