Joe Cicirelli is Director of Remote Operations for Ntiva, Inc. Ntiva’s Remote Operations organization encompasses 3 tiers of Service Desk Technicians, the Service Request Team, the Network Operations Center and an Operations Engineering team. He brings 20 years of MSP experience in a multitude of roles such as Field Operations, Professional Services, Project management, Client Experience and Management/leadership. Joe’s focus is always centered around streamlining process and utilizing efficiencies to provide a great customer and employee experience.
Joe has been married for just over 15 years and has 1 son, 2 daughters and 2 dogs, Eleanor and Whitman. In his free time, Joe enjoys coaching his son’s basketball team, being an extension of the public school transportation system, spending time with his family and golf.
