Crystal McFerran is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The 20, where she is responsible for channel development, brand marketing, demand generation, business development and public relations initiatives. Crystal is a seasoned channel leader with 15 years of cross-functional experience, including senior marketing roles at Roland Technology Group, Cytracom and HP. She holds a Bachelor’s degree, MBA and M.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a member of the Forbes Communications Council.
