Christopher Kay

Christopher Kay is New Jersey’s Cybersecurity State Coordinator for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). He retired as a Captain from the New Jersey State Police with over 22 years of experience in assignments involving personal, cyber, and physical risk management. Chris is an Army veteran and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He maintains Board Certifications from ISC2 as a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and ASIS International as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He resides in northern NJ with his wife and four children, is active serving at his local church, and can often be found in the woods near his home mountain biking.
