Mike is the founder of OneDeploy, a modern Windows deployment platform designed to simplify and standardise operating system deployment across organisations and MSP environments.
Before founding OneDeploy, Mike spent 30 years building and leading a UK-based leading Microsoft MSP, serving as MD then Chair until the business was acquired in 2023. That experience gave him first-hand insight into the operational challenges of managing and deploying Windows at scale across multiple customers, locations and hardware platforms.
OneDeploy grew out of a belief that traditional Windows deployment has become unnecessarily complex. Mike’s focus is on rethinking the process around automation, repeatability and simplicity — eliminating traditional imaging and enabling organisations to manage operating systems, applications and drivers centrally while deploying consistently across diverse hardware.
Today, Mike leads the product roadmap and strategy for OneDeploy, working with MSPs, IT teams and technology partners to modernize the way Windows devices are deployed and managed.
