With 17 years of leadership experience, Brendan had the privilege of managing teams ranging from small, agile groups of four to large-scale operations with 150 individuals. His career has been defined by a passion for operational excellence, service delivery, and leadership development, especially within the MSP and ITSP industry. Over the past decade, he served as a Service Delivery Manager, honing his expertise in IT service management, IT operations, project execution, and business strategy. His approach is deeply rooted in ITIL 4 and PRINCE2 Agile, ensuring a balance of structured process management and adaptability in today’s fast-paced IT landscape.
