Ole Gjerde is the CEO of TruNorth Dynamics and a recovering IT services founder. He started his first company while still in college, learned a lot of lessons the hard way, and eventually helped transform TruNorth Dynamics from a traditional Dynamics project firm into a product-focused Microsoft Business Applications partner.
Ole spends most of his time helping MSPs and businesses navigate growth and responsibility, especially when it comes to knowing when to build, when to partner, and when “we don’t do that” creates more problems than it solves. His talks are practical, opinionated, and designed to be immediately useful, with just enough dad jokes to keep things interesting.
