Event Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

The ChannelPro Events Team understands that individual situations occur that may require you to cancel your registration. This page details our cancellation and refund policy, and provides instructions on how to cancel a registration.

How to Cancel

To cancel a registration, you must email us at events@channelpronetork.com or by using the contact form at https://events.channelpronetwork.com/contact. Please provide your registration confirmation number (very helpful, but not required), name, company, and the event you are registered to attend.

Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, our events team will process your request and send you an email confirming your cancellation.

While you may receive one or more telephone calls to confirm your attendance or provide a friendly reminder, these calls are usually placed on our behalf by a third-party and cannot accept cancellations. The only way to cancel a registration is by contacting us in writing using the email address or contact form listed above.

Fees and deposits collected to reserve your seat or special requests may be refundable if you cancel in advance. Please see our refund policy below for details.

Refund Policy

Registration Fees
Cancellations more than 72 hours from the scheduled event start time will receive a refund for any registration fees collected. We're sorry, but last-minute cancellations (less than 72 hours from the scheduled event start time) or no-shows are ineligible for refunds. Please see "How to Cancel" above for specific instructions.

Special Request Deposits
Deposits for special requests, like special meals, can be refunded if you cancel no less than 5 business days before the scheduled event date. We're sorry, but cancellations less than 5 business days in advance and no-shows are ineligible to receive refunds on their special meal deposit.

Event Cancellation
The ChannelPro Events Team may, at its sole discretion, choose to cancel an event for any reason. In this case, our events team will notify you via the listed email address and/or telephone number provided at registration. ChannelPro will refund all registration fees and special deposits within 7-10 business days of an event's cancellation.

Denial of Admission
The ChannelPro Events Team reserves the right to deny admission to any event attendee it believes does not meet the qualifications to attend and/or provided fraudulent information during registration. Any attendee may be asked to leave the event for any reason, such as exhibiting unruly or disruptive behavior. There will be no refunds to anyone in these circumstances.

Sending an Alternate

You are welcome to send an alternate to the event in your place for no additional fee. Advanced notification is appreciated, but not necessary to send an alternate. Please provide your alternate with the original registration information so we can adjust the registration and customize their badge accordingly during check-in. If you have requested special items that required a deposit, these items will be available to your alternate unless cancelled no less than 5 business days in advance of the scheduled event date.
