Jake Carroll is responsible for Autotask’s reseller and solution provider partnerships. Prior to Autotask, Jake was director of Americas Channel Sales for MapInfo, a provider of location intelligence software. With more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry, Jake is a frequent industry speaker and panelist on a wide range of channel-focused topics. A member of Autotask’s executive team, Jake was named a Channel Chief by Everything Channel publications and is currently the driving force behind Autotask’s co-managed service desk offering, Taskfire.
