Ed Mana is the founder and chief technologist of Technology On Demand, of Yorktown Heights, N.Y. For more than 18 years, Ed and Co. have provided technology services to various vertical markets, specializing in the audio/visual industry. These services include traditional IT services along with Crestron programming of both AV and lighting systems. Ed was one of the first Crestron Certified Programmers and is regularly contracted by Crestron for programming services.
In recent years, Ed has been a consultant to other solution providers with his knowledge of Tigerpaw’s business management system and has created a product called iRemoteReset to solve a very common problem facing IT and AV solution providers.
Ed regularly presents at the Tigerpaw User Conference each year and sits on the ASCII Advisory Committee.
