Other sponsors will also be submitting videos, so make sure yours stands out! We recommend that your video be fun, creative, and mention your brand name and include a message. Tell about how great your solutions are, invite attendees to visit your booth during the lunch break, etc.
Video length: Your video should be no more than 20 seconds long. To ensure all sponsors have the same maximum video length, videos longer than 20 seconds will be cut off at the 20-second mark. If you have any questions, please reach out to Joel, Lisa, or Michael.
2020 Deadlines. Submit your selfie by these dates:
- March 5th Dallas event: Selfie video due by noon ET on February 19, 2020
- May 6th Washington DC event: Selfie video due by noon ET on April 29, 2020
- July 8th Raleigh event: Selfie video due by noon ET on June 17, 2020
- September 3rd Boston event: Selfie video due by noon ET on August 19, 2020
- November 5th Los Angeles event: Selfie video due by noon ET on October 21, 2020
Use the form below to submit your Sponsor Selfie video. If it's less than 64MB in size you can upload it directly, otherwise toss it up on a cloud share and tell us where we can get it.
If we have a video from you from a previous event, we will use that unless you provide a new one.
Tips to ensure the best quality:
- Shoot it horizontally (landscape format) in a quiet space and as close as possible to the subject to ensure good audio quality.
- If your device allows, try to shoot and submit your video at 720p or greater.
- Most mobile devices highly compress and reduce video quality when emailed (so, please do not email the video to yourself as a means to upload from your computer). Always transfer your video to a computer in its original form, or upload it at full quality to an online storage service. Uploading the full-size video to a YouTube or Vimeo channel is NOT an acceptable way to get us your video, as we cannot download it from these sites. Using the Google Drive or Dropbox apps to upload your video to the cloud preserves the resolution and quality and is an easy want to get us your video.
